With a wide angle (180° view) camera mounted on the front of CSRR GP35 216, we start by capturing footage leaving North Conway Depot on the Conway Branch and then onto the former Maine Central Mountain Division at Mountain Junction. Heading west, we travel through Intervale, Glen / Jackson, Bartlett, Sawyers River, Notchland and continue to Crawford Notch for a brief stop at the station before our final destination - Brenton Woods/Fayban's Station.
Well known spots along the way are the Scenic Vista Overlook at 16 & 302, Bartlett Freight House, the ex-Bartlett MEC Roundhouse which is currently being restored back to original condition. We also see the Notchland Inn, Arethusia Falls and Ripley Falls Trail Heads before going over the famed Frankenstein Trestle and Mount Willard Bridge. We see the famous Gateway at Crawfords and AMC Highland Center before heading to Faybans.
